Based on my records of sales, auctions and current listings with the antique and higher-end booksellers, a true first editon/printing should have a current secondary market value in the range of $75 to $175 for fair to good condition (scuffs, rubbings, dented corners, major tears, etc) and $225 to $400 for very good to excellent condition.
